Just a two-minute stroll from the beach, The Ōhope Villas provides a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of the world. Ōhope Villas includes a private luxury experience for visitors and a chance to explore one of the most beautiful parts of Aotearoa – including the best beach of 2021. For your booked private experience, enjoy the features of a stand-alone villa, spa, sauna, and heated pool.

Each villa is separated by the large deck, where you can enjoy the view of the pool and a nice glass of wine while star gazing – trust us, it’s magical. The two Villas include a master bedroom, lounge, full kitchen, tiled bathroom, and laundry facilities and free wifi.

You can stay for the weekend or the week! Everything you need is on your doorstep. Restaurants are a five-minute drive away, the golf club is down the road, and beautiful nature walks are a never end. If you are looking for a bit more adventure, find out more about what the Eastern Bay of Plenty has to offer. To ensure everyone is included, we have wheelchair access to one of the villas from carpark, to villa, to pool.

Cancellation & Alteration Policy

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  • A cancellation fee applies to all bookings.
  • Alterations—including reductions in the number of nights or changes to booking dates—are treated as cancellations and follow the same rules.
  • No refunds will be issued for early departures or late arrivals. This includes circumstances caused by natural events such as weather.
  • Guests are liable for the full amount of the stay as originally booked.

Low Season Bookings

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a 75% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.
  • All Labour Day and Easter weekend bookings are non-refundable.

High Season Bookings

All high-season bookings are non-refundable after 1 December.
